Financial Aid Forms School for Adult Learning

The Federal Processing Center will forward a copy of your FAFSA to the University of Indianapolis. At that time the Office of Financial Aid will request a University of Indianapolis Financial Aid Application. It is possible that additional completed documents will be requested as well. Below you may download and print these documents to submit to the Office of Financial Aid. You may mail, fax or drop these documents off with the Office of Financial Aid.
